At Sprayology, we believe that time and health go hand in hand and deserve to be prioritized. The fact is, we only have so much time in a day to get everything done. The intersection of time and health forms a significant part of our company’s foundation. When creating Sprayology, we knew that we had to make it quick and easy for people to take care of themselves, in order to have a lasting impact on their health. The truth is, consistency leads to results. Success does not come from what you do occasionally, but rather what you do consistently. By forming a good habit and making it easy to stick to, you have a much better chance of improving your health over time!
Let’s face it: we all have some habits that are great, and some that are…not so great. The good news is, by simply making the effort to be more consistent with some of your better habits (such as drinking enough water and exercising regularly), you are creating a healthy foundation for years to come. Conversely, bad behaviors that develop into bad habits will create an unhealthy foundation that can lead to long-term health issues. This is a big reason why we chose to make our products sprayable (so easy to use!), and why we are dedicated to making a targeted selection of products that actually work.
Many natural product companies offer hundreds and hundreds of different products that claim to treat a variety of ailments, which can feel confusing and overwhelming to sift through. At Sprayology, we currently make 21 sprays that are tailored to the most prevalent health issues. We carefully choose every product that we create based on the factors that we feel are most crucial for every-day ailment prevention and overall long-term health. Our offering of 21 specialized products (instead of hundreds) also allows you to be focused, concentrated, and consistent–all of which leads to better health.
Depending on the Sprayology product that you choose, daily consistency is key. For example, we truly believe that you should take your vitamins every day. That is why our Multi, Sunshine, and Energy vitamins all include the words “EveryDay” in their name. Consider this our friendly reminder for you!
Furthermore, our homeopathic collection features products that are best when taken multiple times a day (2 to 3 times is the sweet spot). These are products that treat your overall body and health, as well as the more specific needs that arise as we age and encounter different stressors. For example, our Rejuvenation Plus spray is a product that is best when taken every day, multiple times a day. I have been using the Rejuvenation Plus spray for almost 20 years now, and I plan to continue taking it for the rest of my life thanks to the anti-aging and anti-burnout benefits.
Lastly, Sprayology also offers some products that can be taken on an as-needed basis for symptom relief; but consistency matters here as well! For example, if you think you’re coming down with a cold or a sore throat, we highly suggest taking the Cold + Flu and ImmunoBooster formulas multiple times within the first 24 hours of feeling symptoms. When I feel a cold coming on, I often use both of these sprays up to 8 times on Day 1. This may sound like a lot, but guess what? The next day, my symptoms are far less severe or even nonexistent!
