How It Works
Purchase Your Favorite Sprayology Products As Usual
The ordering process remains the same - find the spray you want to order, and add it to your cart. Instead of paying by credit/debit/PayPal, select 'Truemed - Pay with HSA/FSA.' You will be redirected to fill out the short, 2-minute Truemed form. No live doctor consultation is needed. If approved, Truemed will send you a Letter of Medical Necessity in 24 hours and your order will be processed, nothing else needed from you. You will need a separate letter for each product.
Once you’ve been approved, you can choose to pay at check out with your HSA/FSA card instead of your credit card for future orders for the next 12 months, until it's time to renew your Letter of Medical Necessity. Your purchase is 100% covered by HSA/FSA funds, which means no money out of pocket! Just select the Truemed payment method at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES THE APPROVAL PROCESS TAKE TO GET A LETTER OF MEDICAL NECESSITY?
The intake form is only a few questions. It takes less than two minutes. No live consultation with a doctor is required. If eligible, approval is instant. Truemed will then provide a Letter of Medical Necessity via email within 24 hours.
HOW LONG DOES THE LETTER OF MEDICAL NECESSITY LAST?
Each Letter of Medical Necessity is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed.
HOW MANY LETTERS OF MEDICAL NECESSITY DO I NEED?
A Letter of Medical Necessity is needed for each spray you are purchasing.
